Account Security

Deposit Rules

X Bazi currently supports deposits via bikash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT), while the maximum varies by payment method. Once a payment is completed successfully, the balance is typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through another person's payment account or via a third party is strictly prohibited.
• If you experience any issues with a deposit, please contact our support team with your transaction ID.
• X Bazi does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Rules

To withdraw winnings, your account must have an available balance. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT). Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• The payment number used for withdrawals must match the one used for deposits.
• Account verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• If suspicious activity is detected, X Bazi reserves the right to investigate and, where necessary, suspend any withdrawal.

Bet Acceptance & Settlement

Erroneous Odds

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, X Bazi reserves the right to void the affected bets. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded in full.

• Members are solely responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to their account.
